Does anyone make a 12 inch Actinic bulb??

We have a 12 gallon tank with some GloFish in it, and have had no luck finding actinic bulbs that will fit. I think someone at the lfs said they're T5?
I've emailed some retailers and no one carries anything under 18.
I emailed coralife directly and got no response.

Does such a thing even exist?

What's the wattage? Not an expert sorry but my LFS carries shorter bulbs of that's what you mean
