I'm not familar enough to walk anyone thru, but it should work like anything you have hooked up to it. If you use the computer to program even easier. Just find the circuit you have it hooked up to and set the timers. 
Sorry I wasnt more helpful lol, I havent set up dosing pumps to mine so I am not 100% sure its as easy as adding other devices.
