Eclipse Fluro Tube for 6g

I have an eclipse 6g tank and the light seems to be getting too old and flickering. I was just wondering if any1 had success finding a non-original flurorescent tube that fitted in the fixture from a hardware store, light store, etc?

This is because according to Marineland, they don't distribute to my country (Australia), even though the docket for the purchase was at an Australian store Anyways, the cost for shipping would probably kill me, not to mention the fact that since they don't officially sell to where I live, finding parts for it at a LFS, etc, would be hard.

It looks to me like it takes a T5 8W bulb? I would imagine that a local lighting shop or hardware store might be able to help you, especially if you take the bulb along.
