Anyone have issues with an eheim submersible heater mine didn't seem to work right so I swapped it and noticed a lot of moisture inside the unit when I took it out

I purchased one on 2/6 off amazon and last week came home from work to my heater on and the tank at 72, had it set at 78. Heater somehow failed and filled up with water, contacted amazon and got refunded same day.
