Emergency quick leak repair? U.k

Ive been on holiday for 7 days andhave came home to a leaking tank. Whats the best/quickest/easieast eay to find and repair this leak. Im screwed because i wont have anywhere to store all me fish. I NEED HELP A.S.A.P PLEAS GUYS!
