Energy Efficient Sump Pump ?? need 1000 GPH

What submersible pump should I go with for my sump/refugium return. Needs to be around 1050 GPH. MOST importantly I'm looking for something energy efficient.

I did find this one, can anyone comment on it? Its only 50 watts-

I have never owned a quiet one pump but I have heard good comments about them. Why no go external?

Actually I just found out that the Quiet One pumps don't restart automatically after a power failure. Don't want that.

Maybe this one? It to is only 50 watts.

More bang for your buck with submersible pumps and I don't want to drill in the glass sump.
