I have a 150 gallon tall tank. I have two light fixtures one coral life high output t5 two 10,000k and two antic other it coral life high output t5 two 10,000 k All 54w each. Is this enough for a good reef tank

So then do you have 4 T5HO bulbs? I was not clear from your post.

On a 150 tall, that's not a whole lot of light. You can probably do some mushrooms and softies. I don't think it will be enough for SPS or anemones. It's marginal for LPS in my estimation.

That will grow softies, some LPS, and maybe some higher light corals in the top of the tank if ya add some better bulbs than the stock. Look into getting ATI or giesemann.
