Extension board with a timer?

I will be out of the country for about a month, and I'm worried that my plants will die if I don't do something about the lights. Can I buy something like an extension board with timer on it so I don't have to ask someone to do it for me? My cousin will be coming to feed them everyday, but I can't expect him to come twice a day. Any ideas?

I have an extension board with about 4 timers on it.

An air-stone runs straight off the board just in case the timers stuff up or something.
