F13BX Grow Lamp for nano aquarium?

When I decided to get back into aquariums with a nano tank, I also wanted to try plants as well. So, I converted my tank from a 4 watt incandescent to a 13 watt CFL (F13BX style) thinking I could acquire a suitable grow light or a "bug zapper" F13BX/BL (not BLB, that's a Halloween blacklight) to hopefully optimize plant growth and highlight the fish. So far, I am finding very little. Has anyone taken on a similar project? What have you found?
