filter leaking like mad

i have removed the filter this evening as it is leaking all over the carpet and being a sunday have no chance to replace it until after work tomorrow 4pm! will the fish be ok? i have an air stone on but thats it

its a fluval 205 4 years old

IMO you should be OK as long as your not over crowded. The air stone will keep the water oxygenated and moving. When I ran FW I kept my fluval 403 filters in a 5 gallon bucket. Have you tried taking it apart and reassembling it?
