Filter question. Aqua Nova 1500 canister filter ideal for 50g tank?

I have a 4 foot tank.
122cm x 36cm x 46 cm. 8mm glass. 195 litres/51g volume.

Tank will be used for medium size American cichlids.

I am looking for good canister filter with low wattage, and have come across the Aqua Nova 1500 canister.

Specs are:
- 1500 lph
- only 20 watts (cheap to run compared to others)
- self priming
- basket to hold media (easy for cleaning)
- cost of filter is fair (not as cheap as sunsun, but gives better watts ratio)
filter media is included I think, although I will change it to better bio media.

Anyone have any experience with these filters?
I hope they don't leak or anything? And are easy to clean and maintain.

Also, is this filter suitable for my tank size?
