So I have a 46 gallon bow front tank. I have a marineland 70 Bio wheel hob filter on it which has two of the filter pads in it with all the carbon takin out plus it has a sponge in it with a bag of bio rings in it and I also have a aqua tech 30-60 hob on it with two filter pads with the carbon cut out also and it has the black pads in it. The problem is that the aqua tech is really loud I am looking to replace the aqua tech and was wondering should I get another marineland Bio wheel hob same size or smaller or any other filter or keep the same setup? And with what hob what type of media would you put in it? Plus the tank is still in the cycling method also. I will take anyone's thoughts on this
