Hi wondering around what size filter do I need for a 400 litre tank

When choosing filtration preferably you want a filter that will turn over the tanks volume 4x in the hour.

400ltrs x 4 is 1600lph (litres per hour)

But this all depends on stocking.
African cichlid owners say 8x is a good target.
