Flow rate through a 9W UV sterilzer?????

What flow rate should I be using to maximize efficiency through a 9W Sterilizer??

IMO i think it should be no more than 150gph to kill bacteria and algae

What does the manufacturer say?
Slow is better the longer the water is in the light the better the kill rate.
