Fluval 304 advice

I I've been wondering for awhile on how to get the best filtration out of my 304.

It has 3 media baskets and a polishing clothe/sponge section.

I'm looking for what you guys think I can load this bad boy up with.

All I need is a little tiny bit of help....

I had a fluval 404 with 4 baskets, but essentially the same as the 306. You can get away with a basket of ceramic media in the top basket which will be enough BB for biological filtration, and 100% Polyfill in the bottom two baskets to give your water that extra polish.
