Petco has the Fluval 06 canister filters on sale on the web. I may have to take the plunge into a canister filter.

I totally agree! I actually stumbled on the their site a few weeks ago when marineland double led lights had a huge price increase the day after I decide that was the light i was putting on the 20g. the price went up from $49 to $69 for a 20". They were selling it for $51.99. and its still that price today.
