Fluval leaking help

I started to hear some nice from my fluval 306 and then found some leaking. I checked the main seal and it looked fine.

It seems I am leaking in two places which is strange to happen at the same time.

Any suggestions or buy a new one. It's about a year old

It's been a while since I ran a canister filter, but I believe you have to lubricate the seals periodically. If the leak is something more serious, Fluval usually has a multi year warranty on their filters. Hope things level out soon.
