Fluvial bought aquaclear?

So I'm walking along at petsmart to buy some dog food. I'm naturally a fish guy so I go by there and see what selection they have, and I see a fluvial filter. This isn't a fluvial filter, it's the exact same thing as my aquaclear 50 hob. It also says fluvial, on the box it says recently known as Aquaclear. I'm thinking, wtf? They bought them?

Think so , I was looking at aqua clears today and on the box it says fluval Aqua clear
