Good Protein Skimmer for 29G and Above?

Hey guys! I'm running a 29G brackish tank at the moment and I'm gradually going to be making it marine as my inhabitants make their transitions to full marine conditions. Can you all recommend a quality skimmer that won't break the bank (ideally sub-$200).
