Gravel vacc's?

Gravel Vaccs?
Is there really any difference other than being able to hook to a faucet or not? I am looking for a new one Kinda like the JBJ Prokit all-in one the attachments look pretty nice. I like the scrapper and vaccum feature. Does anybody have this? Is it worth it over the cheap ones that cost less than $10?
