heat pack....how to reheat it?

i got a shipment of stuffs from Reefs2Go and i would like to know how to use the heat pack they've included to keep the temperature up in the box during shipment. anyone order from them before and tried to re-use the heat pack?

Not sure what kind of heat pack they use but most shipping heat packs aren't reusable. The only reusable heat packs I know of are a gel type pack with a little metal disk floating inside but they typically only stay hot for a couple hours and are used for first aid / easing muscle aches.

yeah, typically heat packs are a one-time chemical reaction.
