Heater for 10 gallon

I'm looking for a heater for my 10 gallon quarantine tank for african cichlids. Hoping to go pretty cheap as i'm on a very tight budget! So, question:
Is a 50 watt heater sufficient for a 10 gallon?

Also is the small Tetra heater that heats automatically to 78 degrees a reliable one for my tank? Or should i go for a different one? I just saw that it was pretty cheap and suitable for 2-10 gallon tanks so i figured it was an option.

Not sure if this is cheap enough but I've had no complaints with my fluval heaters. It constantly keeps my 10 gallon at 78 degrees
