Heaters

I currently have two Fluval heaters. One is a 200 watt and the other is a 300 watt. They were running fine and now they aren't heating very well. They keep showing LF and they also show that they are over heating then under heating. Need help. I have tried to reboot them (unplug them) but the same thing keeps happening. If these don't come up on line what would be a great alternative. I have these in my Cichlid tank which is 65 gal. I also have a marineland Bio-wheel Emperor 400 filter...

I like both of those and i always use two different types of heaters and try to get about the watts between the two so one doesnt have to work so hard over the other.
