Help cleaning used 55 gallon tank

Tank had a ton of white and yellow crust around the top of glass (water line) Cleaned with vinegar but still kind of cloudy ? Just at old water line
What should I use or how to get this out ? Thank you. ?

Soak a rag in the vinegar and hot water then just lay it on the spots for awhile . Use some elbow grease and it will come off eventually
