help with AI Hydra 52s

Hello, This weekend I stumbled across hydra 52s at a garage sale and was thrilled!...until I figured out I need a controller or director. I am now looking for a way to control them as there was no controller or director and these are quite hard to find. Suggestions?:
I would be interested in a director if anyone has one for sale, OR I have heard that third party controllers may work. Thanks, Andrew

I'm not familiar with any units that aren't able to be controlled by your smartphone at this point. I don't think there have been any units, made by either AI or Radion, that have ever required any type of additional controller to manage them. Even prior to blutooth capabilities and the like, one has been able to either plug them into a computer/laptop or the like.

Unless they are really old models they should have built in wifi control. Are they the standard Hydra 52s or the 52HD? You can download the app from Google Play for Android or the App Store for Apple. Enter in the serial number and it will sync up and give you access. You can also do it from your PC at https://my.aquaillumination.com

Radion requires a separate controller if you want wifi connectivity. It's one of the perks of AI over their Ecotech brothers.
