Help with my RO/DI unit!!!

I installed an Aquafx Economy ro/di unit. I started it up, and it is leaking!!! It appears to be coming from the quick connect where the waste water line is attached. I don't know if this explanation makes sense, but I hope! I really need help with this. I'm so frustrated! Anyone had this problem? Any info will help. Thanks.

Make sure its pushed in all the way. Take it back out and try pushing it in again. Also look and see if there's a cut or nick or scrap in the line if not try cutting a piece off the line and reinsert making sure the cut is straight. If none of these work it might be a defective connector you can probable call the company and they'll send you a new one.

One other thing is that if you had to cut the waste line before inserting it into the quick connect, there might be a small piece of flashing that is preventing it from making a solid seal.
