Help with new GFO/Carbon reactor

Can anyone that has one of these let me know if I have it set up right? I have the pump in the first section of the sump with the output going into the refugium. Need to know if the GFO is tumbling too fast also. Here is a video.

in my opinion yes its to fast, BRS has a video and they say that you want it as a slight boil, but not to have the sides tumbling fluidized
