I have heard that the TetraTec filter has one, but it has many bad reviews.

A TetraTec came with a tank/fish I was given. It worked fine, actually. The only think I didn't like about it was that it used cartridges and didn't have a huge amount of space for anything else. I loved the self-contained heater. It ran fine, but I needed more filtration for the messy plecos.
