HOB Filter in 10 gal

I have an [acronym:fc923fe8f9="Hang On Back"]HOB[/acronym:fc923fe8f9] filter that came with a 10gal starter kit setup. It all seemed so economical... Anyway, the filter doesn't have that much power since its a small tank etc... and I'm wondering if its creating enough surface agitation to fully oxygenize the tank. How can I tell besides waiting for a fish to die?

Is the water's surface rippling at all? It only needs to ripple a little

It is rippling a little. Nothing compared to the one I have on my 38 [acronym:c6655a0ce0="Gallon"]gal[/acronym:c6655a0ce0], but I suppose thats to be expected, and yet also why I was worried I needed more. Thanks for the piece of mind.
