Oh, and let me make it clear ... the 100 micron polishing pads make water even more polished than floss. My water did not sparkle like a saltwater tank with a canister by using floss in my HOB's. It was not until I added Purigen and polishing pads that I got the "fish swimming in air" look in both my tanks.
