I measure my product water and my water exiting the membrane which I think is the same as what's going into your Di but I'm at work so I can't look right now lol

Yes, the "in" reads what came from the membrane canister, and "out" is product..

My TDS on my RODI filter is reading 13 ppm after the RO filters, and 0 as the product. Is 13 ppm high going in to the DI stage?

Depends on the source water. My RO water is 8 before Di.. sometimes as low as 5-6
