Hopefully a simple lighting Question this time.

Hi Guys
I am hoping this lighting question will be a simple one and hopefully my last. This lighting thing is a rough topic.
OK, here we go, my lighting is as follows: 4 54 watt T5HO lamps 2 Super Actinic 420nm + 2 Actinic White 12000 k PLUS 2 250 Watt MH lamps with Phoenix 14000k lamps. The question is how long do you leave these puppies on? Oh yeah it's for a SW FOWLR.

You can run the T5's for 10 hrs and the MH's for 8 with a 1 hr "dawn" before the MH come on and a 1 hr "dusk' after they go out.
