I have a pump (dont remember what kind) that has slowed down. I want to clean it, but dont know how. It is in a sump for a 150g with 2 drilled overflows. It has a white thing attached to the output so 2 hoses can be attached, and I dont want to screw anything up. How do I do it?

No I dont sorry. Since that are dual overflows/returns there is someting that goes on top of the pump to allow 2 tubes to come off of it so water comes out from both sides. I dont want to screw anything else but it slowed down alot. Any ideas? Do you just soak in 1/2 vinegar and 1/2 water?

Yes, you can soak it in a vinegar/water solution which helps. Although it would help if you took a picture because I for one have no idea what this white thing is you are talking about. Are you refering to a Y or T pvc piece attached to the pump output?
