How Many Watts?

Hey Guys,
I've got a flickering tube and need a new one before I go on holidays so I'm picking up a new one this arvo.
For my tank (1' deep) how many Watts/K do I need? (T5's I'm gonna get.) Thanks guys.

The light fixture is only 1' in length.

It's ok. I've gone on holidays and left the blue light. It's only a few days so it should be fine. When I get home I'll buy a new tube.
