How much for these MH'ds?

Three 250 watt pendants and ice cap ballasts.

How much are they worth used?

In excellent, like-new condition they are probably worth around $75-$100 for each piece.

100 for lamp and 100 for ballast?

Icecap ballasts when new (that particular model is discontinued now) were around $120 each.
The reflector looks like a LumenMax2 and new they go for around $140 each.

I bought them, got the 3 ballasts and pendants for 200
