I paid $300 for my 90g new so I would guess between $600/$900 for a 300g new
it also depends if it's pre-drilled with a internal overflow or not drilled at all
this should be in the ball park without a stand
but you can get a used one for around $300 if you shop around

Assuming you're buying new; just a 300g tank drilled with stand should cost around $1,500 and go up from there depending on what you want.
