How to divide a 29g for bettas ?

I'm not sure how to go about this since it's so tall. I can't get acrylic and drill holes, too expensive.

Not sure of the cost, but you can probably try "craft sheet mesh" found at Home Goods or Michaels craft stores or online.

That's what I usually use, but I'm not sure if I can find any tall enough.

I use egg crate from Home Depot or Lowes, cut to size and fit. Very cheap, a two by four feet around 12 bucks. Looks good too. Not sure if the holes are too big for a Betta though.
