Hydor Prime 10 question
hi guys this is my first post and would like to say what a great site yous have here
I have recently bought the above external filter system and was wondering about the Hydor fine floss I have got 3 of them in the box,as I am new to fish tanks I was wondering if all 3 should be getting used ? at the top ?? because thats what I am doing at this time, and what about cleaning them read somewhere that warm water does ok, when I come to replace them would fibre wool do instead or do I have to splash out on the original hydor stuff |

im not familiar with the hydor prime canister, but rinsing the floss in water should be ok, just make sure if you rinse the bio media do it in tank water, or you will kill the bacteria on the media.
