I recently acquired a 75gallon tank. The current cover is wood on 4 sides and the top with a few opening slats on top. It has 4 T12 bulbs mounted, with a fan mounted to the back of the cover. I was considering upgrading to T5s, but need suggestions on how to set the lighting up. There aren't currently any reflectors either. I'm new to this and a little lost on how to set this up so there is adequate ventilation and appropriate lighting. I attached a pic of the hood. Thanks for all advice!!!!

Welcome to the forum!!

I'm no genius with this stuff, but if you got reflectors and just mounted the new clips where the current ones are then it should work.
If it were me I'd be looking for at least 6 t5 retro kits with reflectors. Don't forget to get good bulbs too, no need to skimp on them, they can make a world of difference.
