Iguana tank as fowlr

I was given a 55 g tank that was used as a iguana tank. I'm setting up a fowlr and wanted to make sure with the right cleaning is it ok for a fowlr

I used a hand me down reptile tank, the ammonia was crazy in it for a month, I guess the reptile feces seep into silicone, proceed with caution, not sure if there is any good way to clean it..
