I just did recomend the strongest, Fluval 204 or other equivalent canister.

And I second that strong recommendation. Just get it online so you don't get ripped on price.

Yup, although you might want to order more of the bio-max rings to use in the filter instead of carbon.

well i dont want AC so that wouldnt be a problem, i am not going to order, that takes too long and i gotta pay for shipping, ect. but i am going to pick one up at petco or petsmart

something like that

aquaclear50 is on my 40g tank and very quiet put a prefilter sponge on it too

well i want my filters to make the water look crystal clear, which prolly wont happen

but if i do, i am gonna go with the fluval

Thought you said you only had a $30 limit. If so, Fluval is too high. Go with the AC.
