interchangeable parts, or are these filters the same?

i just acquired a tank w/fish and all of the equipment and have basic knowledge from years ago. one of the two filters is TopFin 60 but the old bio bag cartridge is labeled tetra with a part number. searching for that specific item pulled up media for Whisper 60. my question is are these the same filters, or are the parts etc interchangeable, or all of the above?

Looks like somewhere along the line these companies merged. They bring up the same filter pads.
