Is the Coralife Pro MH 72" 150Watt good enough for 200G reef?

I found a deal for one but its 150Watt MH. Is that too low for a full blown reef?

I think the general requirement is 3-5 watts per gallon pending on the type of corals. With 150 watts, you are below 1W/gallon and that's not near enough I think. DP
