Just the tank and hood would probable cost $40 so it looks ok. Just make sure the tank doesn't leak.

well nice to meet you christina im BOB. im an angel fish breeder here in colorado. when u get it up and going theres not much cost to it. get some prime declorinator for the water . i can help all u need as far as setting it up

Try offering $25 tell him you can get a new set up in wal-mart for $60 I see them all the time
and remember his tank is used stand firm but don't go over $30
