Is this a good deal for SW lighting?

I have an offer for a Coralife Aqualight Pro fixture. 492w 48" - blubs are less than 3 months old. w/3 lunar lamps. Has reeflux bulbs and 2-96w P/C bulbs. He says he bought this fixture $800 new and says its in great shape.

It seems like a good deal, but I dont know too much about lighting. Any input appreciated!

Sounds Like a Good Deal to me you can always get new Bulbs as long as the Fixture is in working condition.
