Is this Powerhead good?

i have a 15 gallon tank with live rocks and i want to know if this powerhead is good for it? High Seas Single Powerheads OCT-CV-3000 - Reef Octopus PowerHeads

I'd say thats gonna be too much flow for such a small tank. I'd look at a koralia 550 at most, maybe even a 425. You have a good amount of rock too so the flow will be everywhere and youmight not be able to find a sweet spot if you go with that one.

so if i get this i will have have overflow cz my tank is long :l and my pump is not providing any good current :l and i thought this powerhead will be good

Multiple treads(http://www.aquariumadvice.com/forums/f60/advice-for-powerhead-287027.html) same question two people suggesting a 425 for a power head. I give up. You were just asking the other day if a 425 was too much now a 750gph?
