JBJ 150w K2 Viper halide

I found a clip on halide ficture and was wondering if it will do the job on a 20g reef tank. I currently am running 2 PAR38 leds bulbs and they seem to be too much light. :-(

I want to be able to keep a clam at some point so I know I need some serious light.

The tank is 15 inches tall with a 3" sand bed so I only need 12 inches of water penetration.

is it still too much light?

The price is right so I wanted to jump on it before it's gone. LOL

I have a mix of many different saltwater fish amongst my tanks, but I love my Tangs most of all.
