Just got new tank!!!!! sump/refrigeum help
I just got a 150gal 60x24x24 with built in dual overflow, and have the old 55g that i would like to turn into a sump/refrigium. I will be needing a new skimmer(in sump), so recomendations would be greatly appreciated. If some one can please send me their sump plans. I will be looking to have a bubble trap, as well as a refrigum with a [acronym:decb890405="Deep Sand Bed"]dsb[/acronym:decb890405]. This will be my first sump, so advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have been thinking of doing this layout: Skimmer -> Return <-Refugium. The skimmer and refugium chamber will each get a supply line from the tank, and i will be able to put a ball valve on the refugium's chamber to limit the flow. Now my question is how to do i build this? I believe I'm going to have to build the chambers and bubble traps out of glass not acrylic, since the 55g tank is glass and needs the use of silicon. lastly would i split the tank up in 3 equal chambers each separated by bubble traps? ex. sump ->bubble tap -> return <-bubble trap <- refugium.
