Juwel biofilter 3.0

My juwel heater heats my tank to 34 degrees at its lowest setting? Any suggestions? Is it faulty?

I'd call that faulty, yours must be on and heating non stop. Mine is set about half way up and it stays around 25

I usually just go to my local shop. Is it a new heater? The store u got it from shoulder ante it for you if it's faulty

Defiantly faulty I have set mine at just below the half way mark and it keeps it at 24 degree centigrade, however with the lights on all day water temp hits 25.5 degrees.

I have had heater turned off for 24 hours. Came back home and tank is sitting at 25 degrees! Still gunna buy new heater and plop it in at minimum setting or something
