Koralia 1 powerhead

I've recently added a Koralia 1 power head to my tank and it's constantly giving off a rattling sound.

When it's first turned on the propeller shoots backwards and forwards before it starts spinning, I was wondering if this is just normal for this power head?

It could be that I have the power head aimed right down? I've yet to try it at a different angle.

The powerhead that I have has suction cups on the back, and it goes against the wall of the aquarium, and shoots horizontialy(spelling?). And it doesn't rattle or anything.

Where did you get yours?

Mine attaches via magnets, I got it from a local store.

It's aimed right down and I think that's what causes the noise, I'll try moving the angle of the head later on, hopefully that's all that is causing it.

Seems to be sorted now, I just took it apart and reassembled it and it's super quiet, woo!

was it the impeller?

I think it was, I think it was just moving as it spun which made the noise.
